一、培養定位Cultivation Goal
NJU-UMSL國際雙學位MBA項目為南京大學與美國密蘇里·圣路易斯大學共同推出的雙學位MBA項目，由兩校優秀師資授課, 致力培育理論基礎扎實、英文溝通嫻熟的國際化職業經理人。
NJU-UMSL International MBA Program is a joint program cooperated byNanjing University and University of Missouri-Saint Louis, taught by excellent instructors from the two universities, which is committed to cultivate international professional managers with solid theoretical foundation and excellent English communication skills.

二、培養模式Cultivation Mode
本項目學制2.5年，采取1+1的辦學模式。第一年在南京大學商學院學習，第二年赴美到密蘇里·圣路易斯大學學習，第二年中有三個月在跨國公司帶薪實習。
NJU-UMSL International MBA Program lasts for 2.5 years, with 1+1 learning mode. Students will attend courses in Business School of Nanjing University for the first year, and study in UMSL for the second year, with nine months course learning and three months paid internships.
三、學位授予Degree Awarding
學生修滿規定學分，完成帶薪實習，通過南京大學畢業論文答辯后，將分別獲得密蘇里·圣路易斯大學頒發的MBA碩士學位證書以及南京大學的碩士學位證書和研究生畢業證書。
After completing the required credits, completing the paid internships and passing the oral defense of graduation thesis of Nanjing University, students will be awarded UMSL MBA Degree, NJU MBA Degree and NJU Master Graduation Certificate.

四、報考資格Application Qualifications
1）國內在職?MBA 、國際雙學位?MBA（NJU-UMSL）
大專畢業工作?5 年或?5 年以上者；本科畢業工作?3 年或?3 年以上者；研究生畢業工作?2 年或?2 年以上者。其中，國際雙學位?MBA (NJU-UMSL) 為南京大學與美國密蘇里?? 圣路易斯大學合作創立的“南京大學-密蘇里·圣路易斯大學國際?MBA 項目”（GPA 達到?3.0 及以上；?TOEFL 達到?79 分及以上；GMAT 達到?500 分及以上）。
2）外國留學生
報名需在南京大學海外教育學院網站注冊并提交相關信息，之后參加由商學院組織的面試，面試通過后，由海外教育學院發放錄取通知書。

College graduates who have worked for 5 years or more; Undergraduates who have worked for 3 years or more; Postgraduate work for 2 years or more, for NJU-UMSL International MBA Program, applicants should achieve: GPA≥3.0, TOEFL≥79, and GMAT≥500.
2)????? International Students
Applicants should register and submit relevant information on the website of Institute for International Students of Nanjing University, and then attend the interviews organized by Business School. After passing the interview, the Institute for International Students will issue the admission letters.
